Double digit growth for European biopolymers

Europe now accounts for about half of the total consumption of biodegradable polymers and double digit annual growth is predicted by a new report up to 2014.
Despite the economic crisis, which hit the chemical and plastics industry hard, the market for biodegradable polymers grew in almost all regions in 2009.
